The (CCRs) or the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions cover all HOA or POA community rules. When buying a residence, we recommend completing your due diligence regarding an HOA and CC&Rs.
Real estate sellers must disclose their HOA membership to buyers to conclude the sale according to the rules. Even if a Home Owners Association (HOA) is dissolved, restrictive covenants (deed restrictions) may be tied to the property. Such deed restrictions include minimum time rental usage, outbuildings, fences, easements, farm animals, swimming pools, and building height.
